Bath Pouf Soap

Another creation here. I get ideas and just kind of run with them. This one seemed very easy to do but in fact turned out a lot trickier than the aquarium, bunny, or even the duck pond soaps. There's a lot less TO this soap but it was a real pain to get to work. There's a bath pouf imbedded in the soap. There's no color needed because the color of the bath pouf IS the color. The problem is that everywhere I looked for bath poufs, they all were the same size. Large. To make this a lot easier to make, I'd have to find a smaller one. You push the pouf into the mold and pour the soap in over it. You sit there holding it in place until the soap cools enough to form around the soap. With this one, I had bits of pouf poking up all over the place and the soap had to pretty much be solid to hold the pouf inside. Was a lot of work. I scented it in pearberry and it looks really neat. It's like a built in soap-on-a-rope because of the rope attached to the bath pouf. The best part is that when the soap's gone, you still have a bath pouf to use in the shower.
This is a picture of it shrinkwrapped. The shrinkwrapping stuff is nifty too. Just take a hair dryer to it and it shrivels and forms around the object you want wrapped. Way cool.
