Fun with New Toys

I made these labels the other day and was trying to figure out how to get them to adhere to some soaps without having to resort to gluing or taping each one on. Gluing is really messy and taping is ugly and bulky. Either one doesn't always work depending upon what type of packaging is used. So I found a nifty gizmo in the craft store. With different cartridges you can laminate, make stickers, even make magnets. I have the sticker cartridge and was playing around with it to make these. Yep. Those are the stickered labels on my newest soap creations.

There's the sticker machine on the top left. It works without heat and it's very portable and lightweight because there's nothing to plug in. I also picked up a glass mat and a circular cutter because my fingers start to hurt when I'm constantly having to cut things with scissors. Plus the circles come out a LOT neater than it would if I were to cut them by hand.
